TFP (Time For Prints), TFCD (Time For CD)

There is no doubt that when you apply for a modeling job, the first thing the photographer or producer asks for are your photos. These photos are your business card! They can get you jobs as well as cause you to lose jobs. All professional photographers seek models for a specific assignment, thus we ALWAYS require a specific look. At SBM&T, we will not work with anyone randomly or without photos nor will we accept a blurry web cam capture.

Instead of paying hundreds of dollars to have your first portfolio done or your current portfolio updated by a " professional photographer", SBM&T Productions offers select models an opportunity to have a TFP/ TFCD shooting session. TFP stands for Time For Print and also is referred to as "Trade For Photos" while TFCD stands for Time For CD. It simply means that the model and the photographer both have the right to use the images. We will provide you with a copy of the photos on a CD for your portfolio free of charge. It is a swapping of services between you, as an aspiring model, and us, as professional photographers.

Some of the benefits of a SBM&T TFP/TFCD shoot:

You will gain experience on how to pose and show off your best features
How to apply make-up for different lighting
What type of modeling outfits are best and your comfort level in front of a camera.

These learning experiences are all accomplished without the normal pressure of a professional shoot, where production is the highest priority. TFP/TFCD shoots are done in a stress-free atmosphere, where a new model can relax and learn. We take great pride in producing tantalizing, sexy images of amateur models. For many of the models featured on our website, their shoot with us was their first experience in front of a professional photographer. The main reason that SBM&T is able to create these exciting images is our ability to make models feel beautiful and comfortable. In general we will give models fewer pointers in several poses and just allow them to be creative and have fun. As a result of our approach, we are able to have fun while creating incredible images.

SBM&T TFP/TFCD Guidelines:

TFP/TFCD sessions are available to select females 18 years of age and older.

SBM&T will determine the feasibility of a TFP/TFCD session with the aspiring model on a case-by-case basis.

SBM&T will pay production expenses related to the TFP/TFCD session such as studio cost, photography/lighting equipment usage, storage media costs and photo editing costs.

The model is responsible to bring a minimum of 3 outfits (choice of dressy fashion, casual, swimwear and theme uniform [i.e. French maid, nurse, cheerleader…. etc.]) and matching underwear. In short, bring whatever will show you off best.

The TFP/TFCD session will give both parties a good idea of how well we are able to work together. If the shooting session goes well, SBM&T may offer future paid assignment to the model immediately.

We will consider paying for part of traveling expenses provided that SBM&T can use the images and the models are from at least 3 hours driving distance out-of-area.
Both parties will sign a model release form, which gives permission for both parties to use the images taken that day.
