Join South Beach Models and Talent

Potential Models and Talent under 18*: IF YOU ARE NOT AT LEAST 18 YEARS OF AGE, YOU MUST FIRST have a parent and/or legal guardian submit a Parental Consent Form to us for you. Correspondence from any and all individuals under the age of 18 without first receiving the Parental Consent Form will be discarded. FYI...Minors should NEVER solicit themselves.

After the Parental Consent Form has been submitted: >have one of your parents and/or your legal guardian E-mail us with a brief bio description of you along with your experience (if any) and your goals. Have your parent and/or legal guardian include at least 1 clear and recent head shot (potential models should include up to 5 full body shots, if available) along with your resume (if any) for review. Also, parent and/or legal guardian include their full name and contact information along with your name, age, location and web site or online portfolio, if any. Thank You, and good luck!

Agencies, Agents, Casting Directors, Talent Scouts, Photographers, Designers, Stylists, Make Up Artists, etc.: E-mail us with a brief description of your company, your industry and your goals. Potential models and talent will NOT be considered if:
1) You are under the age of 18 unless we get a completed and signed Parental Consent Form from either a parent and/or legal guardian.
2) we do not receive at least 1 head shot and 5 full body shots (models only).

You are over 18 years of age and/or have or can get written permission from a parent or legal guardian and that you for good and valuable consideration, the receipt of which is acknowledged, give to Rock Brothers Enterprises, Inc., South Beach Models and Talent, www.SouthBeachModelsAndTalent.com, it's web site(s) and URL’s, his assigns, licensees, legal representatives, successors in interest, heirs and all persons or corporations acting with his permission, the irrevocable right to use my name (or fictional name) in all forms, in all media without any restriction as to changes and/or alterations, as well as; unrestricted permission to copyright and/or use, and/or publish photographic portraits or pictures of me, and the negatives, transparencies, prints, or digital information pertaining to them, in still, single, multiple, moving or video format, or in which I may be included in whole or in part, or composite, or distorted in form, or reproductions thereof, in color or otherwise, made through any media in his studio or elsewhere for art, advertising, trade, promotion, exhibition or any other lawful purpose. You certify that the information submitted below is true, and that you are the copyright holder of the submitted pictures and/or have permission of the copyright holder to include them with this portfolio listing AND have the authority to grant said permission to Rock Brothers Enterprises, Inc., South Beach Models and Talent. You are submitting this online Model and Talent Application and Your Portfolio and/or Images with the full understanding that they will be displayed on an Internet web site representing you as a "Model" and/or "Talent"for South Beach Models and Talent and/or be used for advertising and/or promotions of Rock Brothers Enterprises, Inc., South Beach Models and Talent and/or associated web sites and URL's and will be visible to the public in general. You are not a member of any organization, government body, or law enforcement agency which would use this submission for entrapment or prosecution of the site developer, its host, Internet Service Provider, or any person, company, organization, or entity whatsoever.  You hold the developer of this site, and their provider or host, harmless of any liability whatsoever.  You may have your online portfolio modified or removed from this site, by notifying Rock Brothers Enterprises, Inc., South Beach Models and Talent and/or associated Web Sites by email and receiving an email confirmation.  If such email confirmation does not arrive in a reasonable amount of time, you will continue to resubmit your email notification until such confirmation is received.  Please be patient this process can take up to 6 weeks due to overwhelming response.
